Mode of Payment:

Current our mode of payment is Bank transfer, Easy paisa, Mobi-cash while we will soon be bringing Cash on delivery (COD).

Shipping Charges:

For orders above 4,000 shipping is FREE while for all orders below 4,000 the following flat rates apply:
✮ 0-1999: Rs. 300
✮2000-2999: Rs. 250
✮3000-3999: Rs. 200

Self Pick-up:

Self pick-up for Karachi can be made arranged on request via TCS Hazir, BYKEA or the customer himself from Badar Commercial, DHA Phase 5. Karachi, Pakistan.

Return/Refund Policy:

We have described and photographed items available as precisely as possible for maximum clarity and knowledge before making an online purchase.

We ship our products in perfect conditions, however if any of the above products get damaged during the shipment, we accept return in that case.

You must notify us within 24 hours if your item or package has been damaged, faulty or in any way defective to claim a successful exchange or a refund. (shipping charges if any must be paid by the customer)

All details regarding the defect of the item should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. Furthermore, all the package items along with the original packing should be returned in order to successfully claim a refund or an exchange.

Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:

The item has been modified, altered, repaired or serviced.
The item has been physically abused.
The item has been used in a manner inconsistent to the usage indicated in the manual.
The item has been utilized for any other purpose than that which it is was intended.
The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
Refund or exchange will not be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing.
Items may only be refunded in the same condition as the original purchase.
No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water or improper handling.

All hardware product purchases are provided with a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty. In case of an issue with the product or a warranty claim, customer will need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to be applicable for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable store credit will be offered.
